For a franchise there are a lot of things that should not be respected. If you want to waste your money this is the place. To make short, outdoor pool small and cold (unheated) indoor pool not really heated. Mattresses in the rooms not comfortable, would be ideal for a gym, the pillows look like nothing I do not even know if I can say that these are really pillows.
