This is the last time I buy a vehicle and have it serviced by Johnston's Toyota. My last service visit was again met with rudeness, no explanation's as to the issues my truck is having, nor even a suggestion for a future visit to properly diagnose the problem. The service department may have been put in a shiny new building, but the service people need training on customer service. Mike has consistently been rude, negative, blameful, and unsupportive of issues I've brought in and the service manager absent when needing that support. I rarely right negative reviews, but this is the last time I bring this dealership business. Closing the Monticello, NY location was a huge mistake, and all the money sunk into the Hampton, NY location seems like trying to shine a pile of poop. Training in customer service and support is greatly needed. My entire experience after buying my Tacoma has been neutral, at best, negative typically.
