I stayed in Lake Powell Resorts and Marinas on July 2018. The resort is about 10 minute drive from Page and is located within a Federal park. There is a fee to get in but luckily we have an annual pass (worked for Grand Canyon as well).

There is a pool by one of the restaurant bars. While they close at 9, if you are already inside, they'll let you say past closing time.

The views are great but only if you are lucky enough to get a lakeview room. Otherwise, the room itself is an average motel room but clean. The WiFi is slow. And the cost is higher than normal as it is one of the only hotels by a lake.
