Hello, this is the first time I went to this hospital to treat my 18-month-old daughter who could not eat and had a fever for 3 days. That said, we arrived at the hospital around 5pm and we had to wait 8 hours before it was examined. I am outraged that children (under 2 years old) and seniors (75+) are not prioritized as a matter of priority. My daughter had a priority code of 3 and I can understand that the codes 1 and 2 pass but when it is the turn of the codes 3, why a baby could not pass in priority on the other codes 3 ??

There was also a 95 year old lady waiting in the hallway at the entrance for 12 hours. I find it inhuman!
