Need better customers service . Wish there was another water service in Rio Linda
This company is the only option for water in rio linda. The highest cost for water in the nation almost. This company will scam, break the law to increase your bill. I paid my bill 2 weeks ago, according to rio linda water district my payment is not there. There garbage payment system is broke. It does not work! So i am being charged a 40 dollar fee since my bill did not get paid.
The only way to prove there system does not work it is soley up to me to contact there payment service and find the error. Obviously they did not talk to me about rio linda elverta water districts account, because i dont work there. So basically it is impossible to remove the fee.
This company is a fraud and u should know before you decide to reside in the city of rio linda
I have never had a good experience with them I seriously think they need to go because they are over priceing the water there excuse is you are getting clean water top quality no true I tested the water its bare minimum clean and they make you pay to get every gallon cleaned meanwhile people in other water district areas pay a cheaper price for the same quality water I don't know why we can't pay for what we are really getting
