Tributary Village has an excellent appeal, however please do your homework before purchasing any homes that are built by D.R. Horton! They build substandard quality homes! The builders before D.R. Horton built quality homes. D.R. Horton preys on veterans! Don t fall for the aesthetic look and feel of the neighborhood, ask questions from those that live in the neighborhood, those that have homes that were built by other builders within the community. Go to surrounding developments that have homes built by D.R.Horton, talk to the homeowners and you will find out what their homes are really like! If you do decide to purchase one of their homes make sure you read the fine print within your disclosures documents or take an attorney with you to your closing. The most important thing to also remember is to get your new home inspected by a certified Georgia state inspector. Don t allow them to do it for you and don t fall for the oakie doke!

One of the worse builder experiences. After over 7 months, we finally did not close.

Clean,took temperature at door before entering. I enjoyed the tomato soup and salmon salad. The chicken salad sandwich looked scrumptious. Lot's of light, very open.
The do offer dessert also. Our server had previously served us at "Red Lobster ", that regrettably closed, due to Covid.

We ve lived here for 12 years and have absolutely LOVED it! We love our David Weekly Earthcraft home. The people are also extremely friendly despite what another review said. You can ask for help with anything whether it be toilet paper during a pandemic or help loading a piece of furniture or someone jumping your car off. It is seriously the best community I have ever lived in. One of Douglasville s best kept secret. These are lifelong friends that we have made. We will miss it terribly!

I love this community, but the deception online for price points is far fetch

Very Beautiful homes. Tennis center swimming pools. But the People act like they are in witness protection. Not friendly. So as long as you don't want to be bothered great place to live.

The place is nice small but expensive nothing included with the rent.
