I was late to work during morning drop off because there Shuttle is obviously really unreliable. I should have Ubered. I got no update on problems with vehicle. Then after 2 days I still had to wait for my vehicle to fix 1 major issue with vehicle. Then when I finally got my car I found they didn't fix the second problem with the vehicle. I got a lame excuse that insulted my intelligence. I think Reno GMC suffers from being the only GMC dealer in the area and they have no competition so they don't care. Do your self a favor and go to Sacramento to service your vehicle
