This has been a total nightmare, my uber driver was very strange I left my major set of keys inside his car I've tried contacting uber and him, the first time he answers I tried making everything convenient for him to give me my keys back I even offered to pay his drive so that he can return my key, this driver insisted on me to give him my address to drop my keys inside my mailbox however I'd told him over and over I wasn't home and did not feel comfortable giving him my address if I'm not home. He hung up on me right after I told him maybe we should arrange something with uber to get my keys back. It has been 9 days I've changed the locks inside my house because I feel unsafe, I tried getting another car key because I don't have a spare, and it'll cost me $400 just to replace a car key, I have keys from work and thank God my boss was understanding and did not fire me for having to change the business 's locks, I needed up getting a rental hoping he'll return them to uber LIKE HE SAID HE WOULD AS WELL AS UBER through emails, but that never happened so now here I am 9 days have passed by and this man is running around not answering at all and uber keeps stringing me along, I UNDERSTAND UBER IS A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY AND CAN CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMER SAFETY, BUT I AM HOPING SOMEONE SEES THIS AND KNOWS THEY REALLY DO NOT CARE, THEYRE THE MIDDLE MAN AND THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE A CUSTOMER CARE HOTLINE. SO MUCH FOR BEING A BILLIONAIRE COMPANY. I'm 2 days away from my birthday I've spent so much money on everything this person has caused me to lose over $1000 so far from a simple UBER RIDE THIS IS SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE BUT I GUESS AS LONG AS THEY KEEP GETTING THEIR BILLION THEY CAN GIVE A RAT ASS ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS WHO INITIALLY MADE THEM BILLIONAIRES
