Tim on the Purple Team gives the most excellent service I've ever received at a dealer. This dealership is great. The only thing that bugs me is $21.22 fee they charge for "solvents and rags". This is on top of the oil change price of $45.95. Pretty outrageous but they otherwise treat me very nicely.

Just had another fine experience last week (Nov 30). Tim arranged for a free rental car so I wouldn't have to wait for the airbag recall. The shop was very busy but they also gave me a nice deal on needed brake pads and resurfacing the rotors. As always, the best service from Mr. Godinho!
