Oakridge Apartments has gone to the wayside ever ...

Oakridge Apartments has gone to the wayside ever since Jennifer left. My apartment has flooded twice in a month, from the heavy downpour and nothing has been done to actually fix the problem. Sending someone to set up very loud and hot dehumidifiers for several days, is intrusive and useless. Once again, it is raining heavily and the property manager stated that "something would be worked out," to fix the problem and NOTHING has been done. It's only a matter of hours before my apartment is flooded again. Also, trash strewn about is a huge problem and as a dog owner, I'm SO sick of seeing dog poop everywhere. Sometime last year, the tenants were threatened with some sort of dog poop fee, but I'm not taking a hike in rent, when I'm a responsible pet owner that actually picks up after my dog. Also, when did the policy change where people could hang tacky looking tarps and nets on their patio? Please fix these problems!
