The staff are all excellent! Friendly, courteous, but never too much. Respectful of your privacy, but always there should you need anything or have a question. Rooms are nice, nicer, and nicest... even the nice rooms feature thoughtful and beautiful NW design, large soaking tubs (as well as showers) and optional turndown service with little chocolates. There's the Fireside lounge, the Barking Frog, and the Herb Farm for food on site; though only the Barking Frog has breakfast. Red Hook brewery is just next door. And there's a spa.
