We has tickets for the Tower of London. Once at the tower not so easy to find where to collect tickets, no large large signs for directing. Literally an ordinary bus stop that had a small sign. We had to ask at the Tower information desk who kindly told us where to go. Once there the guy told us he had to ring the guy doing tickets who then took 10 mins to come and give us our tickets. They were cheaper than those on sale at the Tower but not sure this was worth the hassle.
