Justin was very good to work with...he handled our many questions with patience and professionalism. The dealership's team did offer all the "extras" (extended warranty, sealant, rustproofing), which was not unexpected, but it was done in a respectful manner, and they did not push us repeatedly when we declined. The dealership had 4 out of the 5 advertised vehicles we were interested in available on their lot, so they don't seem to use "bait-n-switch" tactics like some other dealers do. They allowed us to test drive cars by ourselves (we did not want someone in the car with us due to covid virus risk) and without signing a liability waiver (not an option because our insurance does not cover test drives). They also provided copies of the Toyota Certified inspection report, emailed pricing to us in advance of our appointment, and there were not any surprise fees tacked on. Overall a fairly painless and low-stress purchase, and we will definitely consider them for our next vehicle purchase.
