Late Sunday night dinner at busy fast-food joint. Ordered mac n cheese sandwich, original sandwich, and small soup. Took forever to get the food. At one point food runner offered a free side as an apology, which we appreciated. Got the mac n cheese while still waiting, which was super thick with cheese (wow!). Food came but was missing the soup and had to wait longer for that (why? it's soup?). Tables were dirty. Water dripping from ceiling at different places in room (we moved but it followed us!). Really a place to go after drinking, that's it. Too bad. We had been looking forward to the unique menu and, although food was decent, the experience was poor.
