Futuris has been in my family for 5 years. I do not work for the company but have family that worked and is working for this company. These family members started as temps and then became permanent.

I've listened day in and day out of the days work and the other employees. I have heard about the praises and some heartbreaking stories. I have heard of triumphs and defeats.

What I have to say about Futuris is this:

Your company is offering the community jobs, bringing business to near by companies, and a future in the automotive industry .... for many and business partners.

In My Opinion, you should offer an Incentive of Improvement for your employees, managers, and supervisors. Why? Because my two family members mention the same issues that have not been addressed in years. If trained supervisors are trained to compliment, train right, and encourage improvement in others.... you can bring up similar employees. IMPROVED! But I've seen and met.... people who are very pissed off at there situations within the company. It's not just hourly employees or temps. Its upper management.. .. on down the chain...who are glad to be employed... just feel disappointed. Let down. But hold onto hope...

ITS a simple fix. But it has to start by taking and showing care of why your business is operating... ALL your employees... experienced and new... there has to be balance.. not favoritism.... an incentive can be as simple as coupons to discounts to entertainment discounts ... many businesses would partner... to offer employees incentives...

Lastly, your shift change parking lot and drivers are deadly... the speeding begins at the freeways all the way into your driveways into parking lot????? Ridiculous...
Profanity is a major situation.... and i hear it just pulling in parking lot????

So that's my review... the quality of the seats 5 's of course!!!
