Rating should be less than 1 star. I was assured of an on time pick up in a wheel chair accessible van ordered a day in advance. What they won t tell you until they start going down their list of excuses is that they only put in the order 30 minutes ahead of the pickup time. If A van is not available at the time too bad. No pickup. No call to let you know. Nothing. Just a bunch of lame excuses. Obviously we won t be doing business with yellow cab again and will be filing a complaint under the ADA.
