Deplorable degradation of this site, do not warn changes with time, force you to do what they want and there is NO TELEPHONE NUMBER TO MAKE INQUIRIES OR CLAIMS !!!!. If it were simpler, I would make a complaint with the consumer's defense, but for what? if it is another institution that has months of delay to see a case, and I do not think that they pay attention to the recommendations that one gives.
