Great location! Cute old Florida hotel, across from Marinas; 2 block walk to downtown restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shops. S-L-O-W breakfasts, NOT included in price, can be served on charming side terrace with waterfall, & orchids growing on the trees. This all suites hotel can serve as a residence for a few days to a few months. Includes full kitchen, LR, bedroom, bathroom, balcony with TWO sliders onto balcony (some facing the Atlantic, some onto a garden). Washer & dryer included. Modest price. Needs some updating, but WHAT A DEAL! NOT a big sterile glamorous place. More authentic, funkier (in a good way). One of the best things about the hotel is Victoria at the front desk. Smart, efficient, helpful, beautiful, she will book your room, make dinner reservations, recommend places to go and things to do, AND tell you the truth when she doesn't know. Then book your stay in this civilized little piece of Coconut Grove history, 20 minutes to Wynwood Walls, a few minutes more to the madness & glory of art deco South Beach, and even closer to Little Havana.
