Directed to the customer service department on the phone....They don't even deserve 1 star but have to leave at least that to be able to post. The guy a spoke to was beyond rude and lied to me. Told me that they tried to call me to correct my shipping address before returning my parcel to the sender. Will always avoid using them whenever possible.
