Tried to resolve an app issue by email. Person labelled it as resolved when she had deleted the duplicate account in favor of an account that had the email address misspelled . Tried to get UBER to go back to the original
tIcket But kept getting an auto reply
telling me to use the wrong email to contact them!!! Couldnt get a real person to read the emails. One RESOLVED it falls off the queue
