Excellent exhibits but let down by poor signage and poor customer service, especially the tram when boarding is 20 mins early but there doesn't appear any instruction on either the boarding area or the requested timed entry (if you book one online or via service on-site) they just ignore that and if you miss out they Dont care you just get left standing in a line.
