My profile just stop working. I can't make reservations or send messages to hosts. Three time I sent message to support and only two time they answered that some one else will help me. Two months later and nothing. Still I can't use profile so I just have to delete it and will never make new. Stay away from airbnb because they will not help you. You are on your own if there is big problems.
