We bought our first house from Manor Homes and we will never buy another house from this builder again. Our house looks nice on the outside, but it's very cheaply made on the inside from the poor quality carpet, to the cracks in the walls where they meet the ceiling. Our utility/laundry room had pipes sticking out of the wall, but Manor Homes wouldn't install a sink there. The broker named Terry representing Manor Homes was so lazy. He went fishing all the time and gave our neighbor the keys to the vacant houses to let people in. I think the craziest thing our neighbor and we discovered about our lots are the blocks of cement, construction debris, wood, and metal pieces we've found beneath our yards. It's like nothing was cleaned up and the grass was just laid on top of the trash. Don't bother asking Tim, the construction supervisor to build or fix anything. He lies, won't call back, and does a poor job of building a patio cover. We've spoken to all our neighbors on our street and no one is happy with their home and no one will buy another house from Manor Homes.
