I am very pleased with the pricing, service and speed from Radian. I had a file that was sent to another PMI company and was given a pre-approval via Encompass. After obtaining the pre-approval on Encompass I called to confirm that this scenario (DTI above 45% and FICO below 700) would be acceptable and was said it was fine. After submitting the file for review it was denied on it's face for the variables mentioned previously. Subsequently the file was submitted to Radian and approved!
