I've had a pleasant and positive experience from the beginning. Jessica was very personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. She listened to my needs and wants and I am currently in a place where I feel better utilized for my skills and experience. Even though I only visited the Nortbound office once in person, they were able to communicate effectively and often enough that I was never out of the loop or wondering what was going to happen with my candidacy. I really appreciate the attention and care that Jessica and her team provided me. In fact, we are still communicating even after I have landed the position. This is what sets good customer service apart from great customer service. Thank you!
