James "too tall" Chismark went the distance to make the sale, literally and figuratively. My wife and I went to the dealership like most people do, intimidated and apprehensive. James was very down to earth and shot us very straight from the start. James worked very hard on our first visit to the dealership, but we ran out of time to get a deal done. In the following days James stayed in contact never over-stepping any communication boundaries (i.e too many messages or messaging late in the day). James purposed a deal that i was very pleased with but I couldn't get to the dealership for a couple days to pick the car up and sign the paperwork. James knew that I was in a desperate vehicle situation so he offered to bring the car to my home in Hermitage PA and finish the paperwork. Soon after I was in a nice vehicle, with no money down and a very reasonable payment. James definitely went above and beyond for a car sales man and as a human -being.
