Ordered two iPhone 8 s in the past; and been perfectly fine!

Ordered an iPhone X beginning of June. It never came.
Asked for a refund , which i was advised had been processed on 18th June and may take Upto 14 days.
Fine.

It s August 21st and I m still waiting for the money, even though I ve been told by RUDE customer service agents via email, that it should be in my bank on 17th August. Then 20th August.
Latest email literally says please allow the timeframe

Incompetent, money grabbing scammers.
