My second experience after 15 years at Planet Honda was much better than my first. The reason for that was the sale representative Planet Honda had. That sales representative name was Stephen March. He was very pleasant, understanding, accommodating and a knowledgeable person with a no pressure sales tactics towards us during our car purchase. Stephen March in selling us our new car expressed what he was able to do and what was not possible, while trying to reach a middle ground on what we could both agree on. I believe if Planet Honda can have more sales representatives like Stephen March, then they will get more customers willing purchase cars from their dealer ship. In addition, if it was not for Paul Ferreira I would not have come back to Planet Honda to buy a car. Therefore, I would strongly urge anyone who is in the market for an Honda, that they should stop by Planet Honda ask for Stephen March. So, in rating my experience at Planet Honda a second time around I would give it 5 stars due sales representative Stephen March.
