I had to get my beetle serviced due to my battery dying unexpectedly. I was concerned because all my alerts in my car were showing up at once. Not only was Jason in service super helpful on the phone telling me it was only the battery, but they also gave me a same day drop in appointment. He kept me updated with text messages and was so easy to work with. Thank you Jason! I am a lifetime customer now!
