I am highly disappointed in the return policy and in customer service. Most other stores I ve ever shopped at allow a customer to use a product for a certain amount of time to deterime if the item works for them and then allow free returns on items the customer isn't satisified with. White lotus does NOT. Their return policy is that they will only accept unsued pillows when returned AND the customer has to pay return shipping PLUS a 30% restocking fee. I ordered three different style pillows to see which we liked and now we are stuck with the two types that we tried out. Luckily we did not try one pillow. I had emailed customer service about returns previously and the response I received simply said that I had 30 days to return. It said nothing about the restocking fee. Now that I am ready to return I was informed of the entire policy. Sure, I should have read the policy online but instead I just went by the initial email. I would not purchase from this company again simply for the above reasons. My money will be spent at another place next time. Very disappointing!
