I changed my earring backings from screw back to friction back and I had a wonderful experience working with Mandy! She addressed my concerns, explained the benefits of the change, and was prompt, professional & cheerful for both the drop off & pick up visits!! I even brought in another project to get an opinion & estimate on - and now that s being worked on. I highly recommend the store and the associate ;).
