Pretty poor customer service, had an end of lease clean, never supplied our receipt which we needed to provide to the real estate agent to prove the carpets had been steam cleaned - the job was so average they didn t believe they had been done when they looked at them. When I called to ask for a receipt no one answered the phone for two days until I went to the queue for new business - even then no one would call me back for days. Nearly made me miss out on my bond.
