Worst design possible..gets a RubGoldburg Top Ten ...

Worst design possible..gets a RubGoldburg Top Ten Award.
Our Bureaucrats in Washington mandated these safety features. Optimistically they all have 3 Hands and enjoy these features. Over a 100 years of a normal pour spout was hazardous to our health!!!! Try this one, gas spilled all over.
