Royal Honda is a joke. They do anything to sell you a vehicle, but after the purchase good luck with having any issues resolved. I have been waiting since Aug 15th for my maintanence plan and extended warranty reimbursement. They don't return calls, emails, I have taken this through their chain of command and they could give a crap. I will Never purchase from Royal again. I will continue to update progress, but as of now it has been 5 months since the claim was submitted. Also, my next update will include copies of the emails I have sent...Special thanks to Anthony Hall for nothing
