We paid our rent on-line and it hasn t been taken out of the account so now we are worried. we ve been calling the phone but it goes to voice mail and emails are not being replayed to. how do you expect people to give you their money when they can t even talk to anyone I hate it here and won t be renewing our lease when it is up. First time home renters and this has not been a pleasant experience.
