AVOID -- Tim Godinho and Phuc Bui --
I brought my 2016 civic in on 11/17/18 for a simple oil change. The wait was approximately 2 hours, which was due partly to the Thanksgiving rush; however, the service adviser (Tim) told me that they had near 90 appointments scheduled for the day, but only had a capacity of ~55 appointment slots.

After receiving my car back, I noticed how sluggish the engine was. This was my fourth oil change in 30K miles, and I provide the same oil/filter for each visit. I've never had an issue with my car driving slow/sluggish before. However, I took off for the Thanksgiving season soon afterwards without much thought of the engine (thinking it may just need to adjust.. for whatever reason). The problem was exacerbated on the highway, I noticed the car ran approximately 200-500rpm higher at all levels of output from the engine, among various other issues now present. I checked the oil level immediately upon arriving to family's and the oil read more than 2x (!!!!) above the fill mark. I waited overnight to take the reading while the engine was cold, but the results were identical.

I did an emergency oil change at the local dealership (NOT Tysons), and they documented the oil was grossly overfilled. I suspect the Tyson's service technician, Phuc Bui, used the entire 5qt in the oil bottle. After the local dealership changed my oil, the car ran marginally better. The RPMs are still 200-500 higher at every level of output from the engine. I called my service adviser, Tim Godinho, about my problems and he was extremely apathetic, and never once apologized. Rather, he hastily told me to come back to the dealership and speak with the manager if I wanted a resolution.

Lastly, I returned to Tysons after the Thanksgiving break, and talked with Han Yoo, who agreed to do a basic diagnostic of the car and refunded me for the emergency oil change I had to get. The car did not display any engine codes and Honda of Tyson's Corner said nothing else will be done. I am extremely disappointed with the service received. Honda of Tyson's GROSSLY overfilled my oil and is not willing to remedy the issue despite my car now running poorly.

EDIT: The dealership responded to my review asking to call them regarding my experience (as they do for all other 1 star reviews). The number provided is a general # and asking to be redirected to a manager got me directed to voicemail each time. I emailed their GM, Steve Waersch, but no response.
