I am in a nightmare with Airbnb. Honestly at this time I feel so frustrated that I feel suicidal. I spent all the money we had to upgrade our place. Bought furniture and everything to make the place really comfortable for guests. After spending over $20,000, my account was blocked and I cant book any guests in the middle of Super Bowl season. Now I have a fully furnished house that I cannot really rent that way and a huge mortgage due and no income. On top of that all the guests that stayed for the past 2 months I have not even been paid $1. It s been almost 4 weeks since my account has been blocked and I call cs all day every day. No one really knows why. All they say is that they are escalating it and no response from anyone at all and no one to talk to. I am beyond frustrated, disappointed and depressed.
