I called a little after 3pm on a Saturday and Vic answered the phone with such enthusiasm. He recommended the soil I would need for my flower bed and the price, and when I explained I lived almost an hour away and wouldn't be there until close to their closing time at 5, he said "Come on down!" I made the trip and when I met Vic, he asked if I was the lady that called. I shook his hand, and told him that he was truly awesome on the phone and his happy attitude is the reason I drove an hour to get my dirt. They made a customer for life. I will continue to drive there for all my yard projects in the future.
