HANDS DOWN- THE BEST TOUR! This was one of the highlights of our family tour to Scotland. Brian is a gracious and generous host and tour guide; giving us the royal treatment, answering all our questions and making us feel so special! His extensive tour included personalized, in-depth history and step by step explanation on the distilling process. The behind the scenes distillery tour from the grinding of the grain to the cask room was top-notch. To see, to smell and to taste helped us understand why Scotland's Speyside Scotch Whiskey is so special and why Ballindollach's will be the best once its fully aged. Can't wait to order my bottle!
