This place is a joke. This company happily took my money for the application fee, but fail to know their own field. I was told unemployment and a part time job would suffice for my financials only to be called this morning to be told that unemployment actually would work. My advice would be to make sure the leasing agent actually knows what they are talking about before you give them ANY money.
All of the ladies in the office are very sweet & helpful! HS was very easy to work with! Would recommend 100%!
Heather, an all the staff there are very outgoing and responsive to any of the renters needs , and just very helpful .... Really great company to rent from , I would 100% rent from HS again...
I've been a tenant for over a year now and they've always been so responsive and respectful. Any maintenance issues that come up have been resolved usually same day (sometimes within an hour or two) and they all seem like a family. I've dealt with landlords in the past that have been a total nightmare so I understand how stressful it is looking for a new place to rent with that in mind but if you're thinking about HS Property Management, rest easy because you'll be in good hands. I felt the urge to write this because they really went above and beyond for me today and I wanted to show my gratitude. If you're a good tenant and you're honest, take care of their property and do your best I have no doubt that they will do their best for you too.
After my encounter with the owner of the property yesterday, and hearing their end of the situation, I would like to amend my review. While the owner did not approach the encounter in a way that initially benefitted our future relationship, I do understand coming to a breaking point with a specific issue. I understand and admire the efforts to make the property I live in better, and I look forward to seeing what comes from the new owners. The staff in their main office is beyond exceptional, and is in my opinion the the highlight of renting from them. Hopefully going forward owners and tenants alike can put their best feet forward to continue making this feel like home.
Had a microwave that needed to be replaced and Chad and Austin were very professional and easy to work with! They did the job fast and were very courteous and understanding of our schedule! If you ever need anything fixed or replaced I highly recommend Chad and Austin they are great guys
Beware. They are theives!!! They will steal your security deposit. They stole half of mine. We left everything very clean and in good condition even touched up on paint. They came in with a laundry list of nonsense. Like the toilet and tub and shades behind the stove were dirty. Not true. Just the shades and behind the stove were dirty. A security deposit is there for Damages not cleaning.
I worked with RaeAnn the new property manager and she was a dream!! She was fast and efficient in getting me approved and helped with so much!! I haven't had a better experience in renting in all my years! What a wonderful team!!
I have family that lived here. Their units are infested with fleas, roaches, and they make several violations to the ADA act when it comes to certain illness requirements and registrants. If there is a previous problem with your unit, they will try to pin it on you so make sure you have documented proof of all issues before you move it. Completely unprofessional and dirty management.
I'm sad to say they ruined our perfect Happy home at our apartments when they took over. They make everyone uncomfortable and when you tell them that they will say it's just you and your crazy but after talking to my neighbors and learning they feel and have had the same experiences is sad. I'm really disappointed that our life at our apartments was cut short and that we are seeing so many people who loved there home leave including us almost all of our neighbors have left since they took over. And the rest want to leave. I definitely recommend finding a less stressful more caring place to rent from. And for home searching Manci Simms is the most amazing sales agent I know and sells amazing homes highly recommended.
