Large, pleasant staff, fairly fast, clean, COVID sanitization. A+

The staff was wonderful from the moment I arrived at check-in to the moment I walked out. The compassion, friendliness and care I was given was much better than a hospital. If I can have any procedures done there, I would prefer to go there.

The staff are all wonderful as well as very knowledgable doctors. They were able to get me in quickly and everything flowed very smoothly through the whole appointment. Communication was great!

As always, you guys -- the whole team -- are awesome....even when I gru,mbled about having to mask up.

Appointments can be made easily online and a person will contact you. The center in San Marcos is easily accessed from the frontage road. Office is very clean and efficiently run by a nice staff. Covid protocol is still in place so wear your mask! Dr. Hu is great. He is genuinely kind and makes you comfortable to discuss any issues or concerns.

Dr Welch & his entire team are terrific! I still cannot believe I can see without glasses - after 60 years with thick glasses. He is medically conservative, knowledgeable & caring. The office is friendly & run like a tight ship!

Always the fastest and most courteous care. I usually see Dr Pickett (who I love) but today saw Dr Welch on a bit of an emergency basis and was equally impressed. I d trust my eye care to either doctor. Thorough and caring.

Great price for an eye exam. The doctor and staff were very nice and courteous. They took me back right at my appointment time. The prescription for my glasses came out to be perfect.

I was so impressed with the cleanliness, clean desk policy, effeciency of staff from check in to each technician testing. Really appreciated not having to repeat myself over and over to each associate. Loved the knowledge and time Dr. Osa shared with me. Didn't mind at all that she read over my chart from prior Dr. And took time to document while I was there so as not to forget anything. Would highly recommend!

The new location is excellent. Easy to find and great parking. The interior is large with a great layout. No wait, went right in to my appointment and was out in about 45 minutes with a complete exam. Very friendly and helpful.
