One of the leading hotels of the world. Nice atmosphere. Good location. The very large shopping center is right next door. Around the Nelson Mandela Square are many good restaurants. Security is everywhere.

The staff is service-oriented and friendly. The housekeeping exaggerates, however, and always cleared away all our clothes. Unfortunately, the building services did not manage to repair the bad drainage of the washbasin.

The rooms need an update. You can see the age.

We criticize at a high level. But 5 * also raise expectations that were not fully met. Still recommended.
