This is NOT a well organized company, and you should NOT give them a chance to ruin your moving experience. They are NOT worth your time or your business.

If this company moves your possessions, and everything goes smoothly, then you might save some money. However, it is a big 'IF'.

I was assigned two movers and a truck to pick up the furniture and the boxes that I have packed myself. The movers were nice guys, but they were NOT very quick on their feet, and it was obvious that neither of them had experience in this business. I would expect at least one experienced person on the team. Also, the team didn't have a toolbox with them, so I ended up lending my screwdrivers and helping them with the process of taking my beds apart.
During the move they ended up breaking my washer. I was assured that the claims 'department' was going to contact me "first thing in the morning". I was NOT contacted by anyone. During that week, I called the main desk twice to see if they were going to reimburse me for the damages.
Both times I was told by two different ladies that "Wendy, the operations manager, is on the other line" and that someone was going to contact me as soon as possible. No one has returned my call.
Today (a week after my move) I call them again and find out that Marrins Moving has already forgotten about my move and the damages, and about providing a claims form that I could have filled out and submitted a week ago.

Please, save yourself some headache and hire real professionals.
