I appreciate Dr. Halver as a vet for my cats, as he is very open to discussion about what they could benefit from, and how I can afford or not afford the options that are available to care for my cats. Of course the only thing that could make my experiences better is to have services cost less, but the expenses are already pretty low cost. Thank you for what you do!
