Came into the store beginning of October to purchase a pre certified vehicle that was listed on the site being that my personal vehicle was pronounced totaled through State Farm.

Work with the salesman Justice making him aware of everything and agreed to put $1000 down on the vehicle while I go home to find required documents to send to State Farm for them to issue deposit.

Until than I agreed to bring the check back to dealership so that I can finance the remaining balance. With that being said I kept them in the loop calling to inform them I could not find the title so I went to the Secretary of State to request for a duplicate informing them that Secretary of State assured me it will take 2-3 weeks for me to receive a duplicate title.

They said okay that s fine.
I came into service October 15th because the car was making noise to get it fix as well as a replacement key being that the unlock button had been pushed in only having it a few days so I figured the copy of the key was so ancient so I was annoyed with having to contact on star consistently to unlock my car when I needed to get in it.

The service guy I worked with states if purchase car as is than I am held reliable for any deflects. However did not have my paper work present to be able to make him aware I had not signed anything stating I m agreeing to purchase vehicle as is so if any defects occur to vehicle after purchase that I am entirely liable.

The two back wheels needed to be replace it was making a dragging noise when accelerating but of course I took care of it.

I contacted the dealership October 15th to later informed them to not have the preowned manager to contact me regarding this matter.

Next I contacted the dealership this Monday October 26,2020 informing them I m still waiting on title to send to State Farm to be issued the deposit. The business owner responds okay.

Finally I contacted the dealership today Wednesday October 28,2020 to inform them of the arrival of my title and the business manager states I ve been contacting you a couple of days ago to make you aware we push the application through so at this point just pay the bank....

Really?!!! A couple of days ago I contacted you keeping you in a loop so how is it you we re contacting me but was not able to get in touch with me when the current number I have is the updated number within your system!

Your just some overly selfish, thirsty inpatient individuals only thinking about yourself not having the customer best interest as a priority.
