We had a backed up line, we couldn't shower, bathe, or flush our toilets without sewage water coming up the shower drain. Aaaand to make matters worse, it was late at night. We called TLC, and our service provider Simon Garcia arrived promptly within 30 mins. He was highly knowledgeable and efficient, knew exactly what to do, how to fix it, and in less than an hour, our drains were working again! (Hallelujah) And to top it off, he was also very kind, respectful, and polite during all of our exchanges. Two toddlers asleep in the room next to where the problem was, and he tiptoed around the house and I could tell he was trying to be quiet, haha, later found out, he's also a Dad, and gets it. I seldom write reviews unless I'm really impressed. Simon was awesome. Already plugged his number into my phone should something like this (heaven forbid) happen again.
