The entrance queue is very unorganized. There needs to be people barriers with clear indications of proper lanes and employees need to manage the boards of people better. Also, there are far too many people let into the house at one time. The stairs and halls are narrow resulting in huge bottlenecks at times. Recommend buying tickets ahead of time (I think tickets are only sold online). I wish there was more information as to how the Frank family was discovered. Wikipedia lists a bunch of theories but NONE of the theories are mentioned in this tour. Even a theory produced by the Anne Frank Huis itself isn t even mentioned! Otherwise this is a must visit. Surreal to be standing in such a historical place.
