untrained staff and unprofessional work not trusted
i have rang up to get my heat pump service they sent someone whose hardly know about heat pump the guy call back to head office to sent out second guy out and he think is the electrical problem when he came he was adjusting the main power broad after he left i check and find out that he did not close the case inside the board he leave it out hanging . next things this morning when i try to turn on my heating system , i notice that is not running ( not working) . overall that what happen when you call out some untrained staff and unprofessional services not only they wasted your time and they also cause more trouble and money to fix for somethings else ....NEVER NEVER CALL OMEGA FOR PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL SERVICES ....
