I understand that with the pandemic and the safety for the public and staff members, I had to sit outside, not an issue. During the day all I had to do was ask how my husband was and I was dealt with respectfully. However, after waiting for 2 1/2 hours for my husband to Gey into a room, he calls me and tells me they transported him to Highlands, ummm what?
