Always friendly and accommodating. Have helped me have confidence in myself again, and are helping me with some of my more embarrassing symptoms of hormonal imbalance. I usually react to products and wax but never have here. It is affordable and they offer a range of treatment options (including waxing, laser and electrolysis) and can mix and match to suite my needs. I am very blonde and all three have been used and are working for me :)
